La cuenta de 0D es opcional: la app funciona sin ella. Si creaste una (con tu email o con Google), puedes eliminarla junto con sus datos de dos formas.
A 0D account is optional: the app works without one. If you created one (with your email or with Google), you can delete it together with its data in two ways.
1. Desde la app1. From the app
- Abre 0Dopamine y entra en Ajustes.
- Baja hasta el final y pulsa Eliminar cuenta.
- Pulsa Enviarme el email. Te llegará un correo a tu dirección verificada.
- Abre el enlace del correo en menos de una hora. La cuenta se elimina en ese momento.
- Open 0Dopamine and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Send me the email. You will receive an email at your verified address.
- Open the link in the email within one hour. The account is deleted at that moment.
Pedimos esa confirmación por correo para evitar borrados por error o desde un móvil robado.
We ask for that email confirmation to prevent accidental deletions or deletions from a stolen phone.
2. Por correo (sin la app)2. By email (without the app)
Escribe a hola@0dopamine.com desde el mismo email de tu cuenta, con el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta». La eliminamos en un plazo máximo de 30 días y te confirmamos por correo cuando esté hecho.
Write to hola@0dopamine.com from the same email as your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days at most and confirm by email when it is done.
Qué se eliminaWhat is deleted
- Tu cuenta de inicio de sesión (Firebase Authentication) y tu email.
- Tu perfil: dispositivo activo, código de referido, códigos canjeados y fechas de alta y acceso.
- La asociación de tus compras o de tu Premium de Fundador con la cuenta.
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication) and your email.
- Your profile: active device, referral code, redeemed codes and sign-up and last-login dates.
- The link between your purchases or your Founder Premium and the account.
La configuración de bloqueo y las estadísticas viven solo en tu móvil: se borran al desinstalar la app o con Ajustes del sistema > Aplicaciones > 0Dopamine > Almacenamiento > Borrar datos.
Block settings and statistics live only on your phone: they are deleted when you uninstall the app or via System Settings > Apps > 0Dopamine > Storage > Clear data.
Qué se conservaWhat is kept
- Suscripciones: eliminar la cuenta no cancela una suscripción de Google Play. Cancélala en Google Play > Pagos y suscripciones.
- Registros de compra: Google Play conserva los recibos de pago según sus propias políticas y la ley fiscal.
- Estadísticas e informes de fallos (Firebase Analytics y Crashlytics) no van ligados a tu email y caducan solos en un máximo de 14 meses (estadísticas) y 90 días (fallos).
- Subscriptions: deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
- Purchase records: Google Play keeps payment receipts under its own policies and tax law.
- Statistics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) are not linked to your email and expire on their own after at most 14 months (statistics) and 90 days (crashes).
